This week, we’re stepping into a hospital room, a spiritual battlefield, and the arms of Jehovah Nissi — The Lord My Banner.

In Chapter 5: “Happy Birthday”, we meet Nurse Joy, a quiet warrior who doesn’t just deliver babies — she helps deliver souls.

📝 Chapter 5 Summary:

Starr’s daughter, Destiny, is pregnant — but her heart is hardened, her faith is shaken, and her plan is final: give the baby away.

She’s chosen a wealthy couple, she’s emotionally detached, and she’s convinced this is the only way.

But Starr believes in a God who fights for families, and she prays to Jehovah Nissi — The Lord My Banner — to step in where she no longer can.

And He does.

Through a nurse named Joy, a bold question in the delivery room, and one tiny, holy moment of skin-to-skin contact, faith wins.

Walls come down. Hearts soften. And Destiny doesn’t just birth a child — she rediscovers her identity, her faith, and her purpose.

 Jehovah Nissi, my Victory,

When life feels heavy and uncertain, remind me that You are fighting for me.

Where I’ve tried to control, help me surrender.

Where I’ve been hardened, soften my heart with Your love.

I may not have all the answers, but today, like Destiny, I say yes — even if it’s just a whisper.

Like Starr, I choose to stand in faith, believing that You’re still writing my story.

Cover my life, my family, and my future under Your banner of love.
